Degassing Diathermic Fluids
Thanks to its trained and professional staff, DELCO is able to treat on-site (directly at the customer), thanks to its patented equipment, loaded with diathermic fluids by extracting from them the gaseous compounds formed, or to recondition, restoring the distillation of these charges of diathermic fluids deteriorated by cracking.
This operation is carried out with the system running and at operating temperature, without compromising normal operation.
Dehydration of diathermic fluids
D.E.L.CO. thanks to its trained and professional staff it is able to treat on-site (directly at the customer), large loads of diathermic fluids, using its own mobile vacuum degassers capable of drying fluids such as diathermic, restoring their original characteristics deteriorating due to the presence of dissolved or emulsified water.
Dehydration of hydraulic fluids
D.E.L.CO. thanks to its trained and professional staff, it is able to treat large and small loads of hydraulic fluids on-site (directly at the customer), using its own mobile vacuum units capable of drying hydraulic fluids, restoring their original characteristics and deteriorating due to the presence of dissolved or emulsified water.
Furthermore, thanks to special equipment, it is able to replenish the additive package present in the hydraulic fluid which may have deteriorated over time and due to water contamination.
Diathermic Fluid Filtration
D.E.L.CO. thanks to its trained and professional staff, it is able to always treat large loads of diathermic fluids on-site (directly at the customer), removing with special mobile industrial filters: suspended particulate matter, metallic particulate matter or other suspended pollutants.
The filtration level is variable and can be selected according to the customer's needs, allowing filtering efficiency ranges from 100 to 5 micorn.
Hydraulic Fluid Filtration
D.E.L.CO. thanks to its trained and professional staff it is able to always treat large loads of hydraulic fluids on-site (directly at the customer), removing with special mobile industrial filters: suspended particulates, metallic particulates or other suspended pollutants.
The filtration level is variable and can be selected according to the customer's needs, allowing filtering efficiency ranges from 100 to 5 micorn.
Furthermore, thanks to special equipment, it is able to replenish the additive package present in the hydraulic fluid which may have deteriorated over time.
Glycol filtration
D.E.L.CO. thanks to its trained and professional staff it is able to always treat on-site (directly at the customer), loads of glycol present in cooling systems, removing with special mobile industrial filters: suspended particulates, sludge, metallic particulates or other pollutants in suspension formed over time.
The filtration level is variable and can be selected according to the customer's needs, allowing a range of filtering efficiency from 200 to 2 micorn.
Specific Training Courses
D.E.L.CO. is able to organize training courses for maintenance and management of holothermal systems as well as systems in general of which a large fluid charge is an integral part (diathermic, hydraulic, dielectric, lubricant, metal hardening and refrigeration). D.E.LCO also provides specific courses for the interpretation of laboratory chemical analyzes on diathermic fluids.
Consultancy on the use of diathermic fluids
The D.E.L.CO. has qualified and graduated technical staff with over ten years of experience able to provide consultancy and technical assistance to DESIGNERS, MANUFACTURERS and USERS of diathermic, dielectric, hydraulic, turbine, hardening and lubricating oil systems.
We can also supply:
- Advice on choosing the most suitable fluid for the type of use chosen; supporting the customer in choosing the most suitable fluid, namely: synthetic / mineral, correct viscosity degree, with or without the use of additives.
- Consultancy on the adoption of instrumentation and technical devices and equipment that facilitate both start-up and all future maintenance operations on the fluid charge.
- Advice on the use of measures to be adopted on systems designed to prevent the deterioration of a fluid and on the choice of special equipment to improve safety, avoid the risk of pollution and reduce energy losses.
